Booking Conditions:
Deposit of 20% upon confirmation of booking.  Payment in full required 21 days later.  If charter date is less than 21 days from booking date, payment in full is require at the time of confirmation of booking.
Cancellations: If cancellation by the person chartering is more than 60 days prior to charter, a fee of 7% of the charter price will be forfeited.  Between 60 days and 30 days - 20% will be forfeited.  Between 30 days and 7 days - 50% will be forfeited.  Less than 7 days the full charter price will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: If the person chartering desires to be reschedule the charter more than 60 days before the scheduled charter there will be an additional cost of 5% of the initial charter fee.  Between 60 days and 30 days - 15%.  Between 30 days and 7 days - 40%.  Less than 7 days - 85%.
Weather/Illness/Defect: If, in the unlikely event that the charter is cancelled by the operator due to poor weather, illness of a defect on the vessel, there will be a 100% refund or the opportunity to reschedule free of the above rescheduling costs.  If the person chartering decides to cancel or reschedule due to weather or illness, the above charges will apply.  Damages, breakages, or similar caused by the charterer or their party will be billed to the charterer.
